Spotify Premium payment fault

Spotify Premium payment fault

Hi I am paying for Spotify Premium and have been for around 12 months now. However my account keeps wiping all my songs and asks me if I would like to upgrade to Premium?


The last payment I made for premium was on the 4th of december. This is very frustrating as I am paying for the premium service but not recieving it. How do I manage this so that my account recognises that I am a premium member ?

That doesn't sound quite right.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.
