Spotify Premium support - security questions regarding an account hack

Hello dear Spotify

Since I wasn't able to find any other way to contact you, I'd like to report an issue with my account - I think it was accessed by other entities since for an hour a different device then the ones in front of me were blocking me from listening.

Here are my questions:

 

1. I saw there's a list of devices, but no names or locations. It would be nice if those were my friends (or other people from my family account) or a hackers'

 

2. Why is there no 2-factor authentication yet ? When can we expect it? Is there an email mechanism of "you logged from a new location? Is that you?" 

 

All I could do remove all active devices, change my password and the issue was solved, but the above points would make my fix of the situation be more at the root cause and not the symptoms.

 

If you don't take this issue seriously, I'm going to ping you using twitter hashtags, which is something, I'm sure, you don't want.

Please bear in mind that the Community is not an official Spotify support service. It's a place where we all help each other, whether we work for Spotify or not.
