Spotify Premium upgrade to Family Plan

Hi! I have a question. I recently just upgraded to Premium, took advantage of the PHP129.00 for my first three months. Just now, I upgraded to a Family Plan, and it says on my subscription details that I will be charged PHP129.00 on January 26, 2016. It said on the website that I can upgrade to a Family Plan and I won't be charged until the subscription ends. Can you please help me understand a little bit further? I thought it works like this: (a) I paid for my own Premium subscription, and then I upgraded to Family (which was free), and I will be charged PHP389.00 on the last week of March 2016. Or (b) I paid for my Premium subscription. It will end on March 26, 2016. Then, the Family subscription will be paid for on January 26, and will end on June 2016. Which is correct? I did the family plan 3 days ago and my billing seems to be correct but my husband can't get into his account. It keeps telling him that his password or user name is incorrect. He did the whole invite thing and he appears active when I look at managing my account. Reset his password multiple times, he just can't log in.
