Spotify Premium wont work!!!

I just got spotify premium and on the account on spotify website it says i have an active subscription. When i sign into spotify app on my computer and iphone its like i dont have premium just the basic free version. i payed for premium and i would like to get what i payed for!

I'm right there with you. I chose to upgrade to premium and it been almost four hours and it doesn't work. Instead of being able to use this product/service I've paid for I'm wasting my Sunday going through these support forums trying to find an answer and so far the only answer I've found is... A lot of other people are also having this problem and its been going on a long time.

I am having the same problem. It looks like when you purchase premium you have to wait for several hours or sometimes even days. If you go on their forums they just tell you to send them an email on their contact form. Thats not a solution! Get solutions on here, not a different method to complain!

To all users that have the premium on there iPhone and doesn't work. Simple solution delete the app reinstall it and log in to your Facebook and problem is solved.
