Ok. So,first, check for an email receipt for your subscription purchases you might have received. In it, it shows your Spotify username

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout, and be sure to use it to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

Login to the website to check the status of your subscription here:

In there you can cancel if you want to.

Canceling means you will still be premium until the remaining days of your subscription are used up, but won't renew when that date comes.

In there you can delete your payment info too.
