My sister used took the Spotify free Premium for 7 Days. Now I wanted to buy Premium for 0.99 €. But I cant. I think they think that I tried the free Premium but it was my sister.

You should be eligible for the offer even after taking the 7 day trial, unless

the payment card has already been used to purchase a subscription or another offer before.

You should contact customer support through this link:

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.
