Hello!

I have got Spotify Premium but I cannot understand why I pay € 12,99 instead of € 9,99...

Moreover from my account I cannot modify, change or delete the subscription.

Is this the only way to contact Spotify and get helped??

Yes I have! I have already written to Apple, but they replied me that I have to contact Spotify.

That explains why it costs more. I suggest the next time you want to be a premium user you use Spotify's website instead. Apple makes extra charges. Your subscription is done through apple store, that explain why you cannot modify that within the Spotify's website. You should try to end subscription through apple store and then subscribe using Spotify's website next month.
