Spotify Refusing all payment

I had an issue with a premium gift that I bought so I was able to get it cancelled and refunded.  Now I'm trying to buy a premium gift again and Spotify is refusing all my payment methods.  I sent an email back but would like a response asap since this is a Christmas gift.  I didn't think this would be so hard to accomplish.  It feels like you have banned my account from making any purchases which seems ridiculous.
