Spotify Sale ???

I recently purchased the spotify summer sale (0.99 for 3 months of premium).  I am on my first month and im getting charged for the full 12.99/month that i would usually pay for, i am not getting the 0.99 for 3 months.  I can no longer re-purchase the summer sale because it recently ended on the 30th of june.  Why did this happen and why am i getting charged for the full amount?

I plan on cancelling my subscription if this continues.

Hey there! Have you tried or subscribed to Premium before? If you have, then the valid is invalid for you. You could've used the $9.99 for three months, though, if that were the case. It could be that you subscribed under that offer.
