Spotify Student Charging Without Confirming

Spotify Student Charging Without Confirming

I tried to get Spotify Student but when the verification that I'm a student didn't go as planned I was still charged the $4.99. Is there somewhere I can re-apply for the discount or something? I don't have access to premium but still charged as if I did.

Can you confirm that you used correct link to sign for the student discount?

I went through the spotify website so it should all have been correct. I don't want to apply again for fear I might get charged again only to still not be able to be verified as a student, which I am. I don't really know how the verification failed since all the information is correct.

In this case, it is best to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to look into getting this sorted for you.


If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible
