Spotify Student Discount Unwarranted Discontinuation

I have been using Spotify Premium with the student discount for about a year now. I am still enrolled at Louisiana Tech University and I just recieved a charge for $9.99 instead of $4.99 on May 23, 2016. I would like to be refunded the difference and placed back on the student discount. I am still a currently enrolled student of higher education (the stipulation listed on your student discount page), therefore, I can find no reason as to why I have been stripped of my discount.
