Spotify Student (problems linking to new account)

Looking for some help since I have contacted Spotify 3 times now with no response. I recently deleted my Facebook account that was associated with my spotify account. I took my card off AND cancelled the sub so I would no longer get charged for that account. I started a new spotify linked to new credentials and now cannot link it to my student credentials because it is still associated with the other account that I can no longer access. Is there any way that account can be deactivated and my student credentials applied to my new account?
