Hi
I recently finished my first year on Spotify Student. I got an email on 28h Feb saying that I could get another year on Student if I signed in using Unidays, which I did. I have now been billed £9.99 for premium, and when I try and sign up again to Student I get the message;
"It appears that you are not eligible for the discounted product that you are trying to purchase. If you'd like you can still upgrade your account to premium at any time."
Is there a solution to this?
Cheers
Mark

Hi
Its getting close to my next monthly renewal and still no solution to this?! I'm going to have to give it a few more days and then cancel unfortunately.

Unfortunately this has STILL not been sorted out, I didn't even get a response from customer support Case # 02640526. Goodbye Spotify. Very dissapointed.
Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
If you still have not gotten a reply:
Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.
If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.
