I had subscribed to spotify premium with the student discount. But it is not letting me do that anymore, whenever I go to redeem the offer, it tells me that I am not eligible for the offer. In my account settings, the email specified is not my .edu address. This is cause spotify got my address from facebook. But I changed it to the .edu one on FB, it didnt change on spotify

I had the same problem. I think you will have to contact support. I think there is currently a problem with the way the system processes student discount applications
