Spotify Subscription

Hi, I thought I had cancelled my spotify premium, but today I got an email saying that I had renewed my premium subscription. I am really tight on money right now, and I hope that you can refund my money, as it as not my intent to continue subscribing...

Just to check, take a peep at this page:

If it says premium, cancel your subscription and contact Spotify support.

 

I would recommend to contact Spotify through this link:

https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/

If you receive an automatic email from Spotify, respond to it (even if it is from no-reply) and someone will get to you ASAP.
