Spotify Support NEVER replies back!!!! Why bother paying.

I have NO REPLY for 4 days now.

My family account is cancelled due to a bank problem, i can not renew it with the same parameters. This is a simple bank error that i am trying to correct.

THERE IS NO RESPONSE from spotify.

why should i pay spotify if they give no support when we need.

I have been a paid member for years now. it will be much more difficult to get my money from now onwards.. NO SUPPORT no MONEY!!!!

I recommend messaging them on Twitter. You'll get a response withing 12 hours, in my experience.

Besides Twitter, you can also search for help via Facebook -- their staff generally replies quite quickly!
