Hello, gorikeit, to cancel premium you'll want to follow the steps here. I would also contact support so they can look into why you were charged (I'm assuming you didn't accidentally click subscribe or sign up for any trials, because if you did, then that's why you were charged), and, if you request, provide a partial refund on the premium subscription for whatever amount of time is left in the subscription period. Note that if you get an automated email from support telling you to visit these forums, you'll want to reply to it, even if it came from a no-reply address. Mentions nothing about a premium service or ever having one.

Bit naughty really!

What you'll want to do is contact support and explain the issue. I can think of two reasons why this is happening:

 

1) You've somehow got a duplicate account that is being charged for premium.

2) Someone is using your payment information for Spotify premium.

 

I'm leaning towards #1, because if I stole payment information I wouldn't be running around subscribing to Spotify with it. Provide support with as much information as you can, and they should be able to resolve the issue.
