Spotify Unlimited question

Hi,

I have an unlimited account and pay 4.99 per month.  Everything has been working fine until the last few days. Now I can't play any music I search for. The artist comes up and the album with the list of tracks but it won't let me play a track I choose. I'm not even able to play music that is already in my playlist, why?

What platform is this on? If it's a mobile platform, only premium users can have full access - free and unlimited users are only able to use 'Shuffle' mode.

If it's on a desktop, please could you try signing out and back in again?
