Spotify Unlimited - renewing subscription

Hi,

So, almost 2 years I've been subscribing Spotify Unlimited. It was enough for me, because I mostly listen on my PC (at home and at work). Unfortunately my card information my have been stolen - that was a guy from Bank told me - and asked if I want to block my card and they send me a new one.

The bed thing is that it happend a couple days before my subscription date and I wasn't able to to link another card to make transaction possible. They send me my new card to my home address and I wouldn't able to get it as soon as I though..

Now my subscription has been ended and I can only renew Spotify Premium..

I was paying for Unlimited - which is enough for me - for two years. Is there any possibility to get back what I was paying for? How can I contact to support directly?

Unfortunately, Spotify Free and Spotify Premium are the only plans which are supported. It's already been a little while since the end of Spotify Unlimited.

I'm sorry to tell you that there isn't any official way to subscribe for Spotify Unlimited again.

You may get in touch with Spotify via their Twitter page (@SpotifyCares), or by following this link to send an e-mail.
If you send an e-mail, please check your inbox (and spam box) to check for their automatic reply. Once you get it, please reply to it immediatly (even if it's from an no-reply e-mail addres) to make sure an Spotify employee will get back to you as soon as possible.
