I have received a 3 month free Spotify voucher buth the code does not work.

I get the notification:
Helaas lijkt deze Premium-code niet geldig te zijn. Probeer het opnieuw of neem contact op met de klantenservice.

It should be valid since there is no validity date on the voucher

Where can I find help to activate it?

Before you try contacting support, have you tried clearing out the cache in your browser or trying through another one?

If it persists, you can use the contact form to contact a member of the Spotify staff to check this for you. Make sure to reply to any automated emails directing you back to the help pages you receive, even if it's a no-reply mail.
