Spotify Won't Let Me Cancel

I've tried to cancel my Spotify account many times over the past month, beginning by going through the Cancel section of the website, each time reaching the same final error (picture attached). I have tried using different browsers to cancel, I have tried emailing Spotify directly, I even sent in their cancel form over email. Nothing. Spotify fails to cancel my account every time. 

Someone please lend me a hand, I'm at my wit's end and am about to be charged AGAIN when I do not want this service. Thank you
