Spotify 'Year in Music' is unavailable.

When I try to view my Year in Music, I am presented with a screen saying "Oops. We cant pull your data right now. Perhaps your 2014 has been a little quieter than most. Or, if you have listened to a lot of music on Spotify this year, and you think you've reached this message in error, check back shortly. Sometimes our records skip."
I have been a member for a couple of years now, and have listened to Spotify a lot this year. I have tried waiting and checking back for about a week now, but nothing has happened. Help?

Hello and welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

You can try doing the following:

 

  • Clean browsers cache data
  • Try with incognito/private mode
  • Try with another browser.

None of these solutions worked... anything else?

I have the same issue. nothing working. anyone have a solution? 

Using the browser in Incognito mode and a fresh log-in finally did the trick for me.
