Spotify abroad

Hi all- hoping someone can help me... ok so I live in Zambia, my Apple ID is set up with my UK card from when I was in Scotland and I downloaded Spotify in Ireland, I went on the premium trail, and want to get it but was waiting on my new card, the trail ended and now it says I can only use my account for 7days abroad and I cannot log in? 

Anyone have any idea what I can do to get Spotify back?

Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do at the moment to be able to keep using Spotify because it hasn't launched in Zambia yet.

You can sign up at https://spotify.com/why-not-available to be one of the first to hear when Spotify is available in my country.
