Spotify access blocked by school district

I recently made an account using my student outlook given by miami dade county public schools and it looks like they’ve blocked spotify and I can’t log in anymore. I have my card there because I have premium and I don’t want to be making payments without being able to use it. Is there away spotify could cancel my account
