Spotify account already linked to other PSN account

My Question or Issue:

When I try to link my spotify account to my PSN account, it doesn't link and it says that the spotify account is already linked to another account. However, I have not linked this account before and I don't know to which PSN account it has coupled to. I have tried every account that I own and there are no spotify accounts linked to them. I find this very annoying and my patience has run out on this. Is there any way to unlink my spotify account from the PSN account it has connected to?

Hi there,

You can only unlink a PSN and Spotify account from the PSN Account.

If you lost access to the PSN account connected, I recommend you to get in touch with PSN Support, you can find more information here.

Alternatively, you could create a new Spotify Account.

I realized that I still had my very old PS3 and I checked every account on that to see if it had somehow connected, and it did! I disconnected it and tried it on the PS4. It finally worked and now I can listen and choose the music on the PS4.
