My Question or Issue

 

I had a premium account connected to the email *snip* that essentially disappeared a few days ago. I didn't unsubscribe or discontinue payment- I literally opened the app on my phone  just like every other morning and it said that there was no account linked to my email. 

 

What do I do? This is not a log in or password issue.

Did you get an email about any changes to your account? Can you also attach a screenshot of what you see when you try to access your account here? Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community.

 

Additionally, try resetting your password here and see if that makes a difference.
