Spotify account got chnage to wrong account

I use my spotify account (using facebook) on my friends phone and after she logged in using her normal spotify account they seemed to get synced and i could not log in to my old account. So after i followed the instructions for when a account is sync with the wrong facebook i could again log in to spotify using my facebook account. But now all my content and premium are gone and it seems like it has reseted it self.

What does your subscription say? You can check it here.

Otherwise it seems like you created a new account, if so you need to contact support using the contact form.

It look the way it looked when i first got spotify it ask if i want premium. but my credit card should already be registerd to this account

So it says you have Spotify free? Is your credit card details there or are they gone? I would say it's best to contact support for this.

When those accounts got merged and then split, your original Facebook account will have got temporarily lost in the Spotify system. If you could get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to get that restored for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
