Spotify account hacked and email changed

Just got an email stating my email address for spotify was changed - unfortunately I have never changed my email account and the email they said my account was changed to is one I'm not familiar with.

Thankfully I'm able to log in here through a previous login, so I hope an admin can see this.

I tried changing the email but no dice. It said it needed my password which has also been changed.

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
