Ive gotten an email saying my email has been changed to some yopmail account. This was not me. How do i get it back?

I cant reset my password. This comes up.
It looks like you are using your Facebook credentials to log in to Spotify. To change your Facebook password go to your settings page at facebook.com.

I have taken the steps provided. I clicked on "I still need help". ive gotten a quick response email which doesnt help me at all. Is this my response back or did they just not look into it yet?
