Spotify account is broken?

Hey, I think my account is broken. Every time I go on and try to share song with friends I can't choose who to send it to. And on the header above the list of your friends there is usually an icon (next to your username) where it shows the songs you've shared and the songs your friends shared with you, mine isn't there . Last thing is when my friends listen to music it says the song they've previously listened to. I really don't know what is wrong, please help.
