Spotify account is gone

Hi,

There went something wrong with a payment and now my account is gone.
I cannot login, reset password or create a new account.
Please help me..

If you're unable to renew your subscription, Spotify would send an email notification to the email address registered on your account. Try checking your inbox or spam folders.

You also have receipts from your first Premium purchase to backtrack on your account. You can then check if you access Spotify either with a username or using the Log in with Facebook button.
