Spotify account only accessible on ps4

Hello,

A few days ago I started using Spotify on my PlayStation 4 again, it signed me automatically to an account I already had made a long ago via Spotify on ps4 and it’s linked with my psn account. But I don’t I remember the email or password of the account and basically I only have access because it’s linked to my psn account. I guess I had put an email that appears to be deleted and completely inaccessible. So I don’t have access to my account besides psn because it’s signs me automatically. Is there any way I can reset the email and password of the account?
