Hi there, I accessed my account today on my phone to find all my playlists are gone and a random playlist was added. Thankfully I was able to restore my own playlists, but not ones I was subscribed to.
I don't understand how this happened, all my playlists were deleted on the same day (today before I opened spotify). Couple of days ago 2 or 3 random playlists were added with music I've never heard before. I changed my password as a precaution, but if this is a Spotify problem, is it possible to prevent this from happening in the future?
