Spotify accounts

I have been paying for 2 accounts when I only have 1.  It's been taken out of my bank account for a long time and I just noticed it. My grandsons account isn't working and I need to know why

Hey @user-removed.

 

If you were paying for yours and your grandson's accounts, I suggest checking if he has multiple Spotify accounts, as he could be logging in to the wrong one. To do this, try asking him to follow these suggestions.

 

If there's only one account, but you've been charged twice for a while, I suggest checking this support page for what to do next.
