I manage a band and we have a spotify and spotify for artists account under the same email. For some reason when we try to log into our spotify account on their website it shows that the email is already taken. Also our name appears different on our Spotify account and different on our Spotify for artists account. When we try to log in to our Spotify for artists account on thier website it only loads a blank white page. It works fine on the mobile app but when we try to log into our spotify account on the desktop app it shows (error code 3). I'm at a lost, can someone help?
