Spotify app login failures

I need some help!!!  I can login to the spotify website however i can't login to the spotify app on my phone. It tells me username or password is incorrect. I habe changed my passwords and deleted my phone from devices. I also uninstalled the app from my Windows phone. I am posting here because paying customers apparently have no way to get support. If this is not solved soon i guess i will have to cancel my account.

Is your account connected to Facebook? If so try logging in through Facebook by using the blue button.

Just to make sure, are you always be able to login to the webplayer?

I'm also having the same issue and can't use any of my email addresses to log in or sign up. Can't even use the original email address and I'm not connected to Facebook.

Hey @skinnykins,

You should get in touch with the spotify support team by using the alternative form or by tweeting @SpotifyCares on twitter. 

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.
