Spotify artist not responding

Spotify artist not responding

At this point Im not really sure what to do other than try to post in the community. I have attempted to contact spotify artist at least 3 times over the last month in regards to my artist account and profile being criss crossed with another artist of the same names account. This has post poned my releases DRAMATCIALLY and I am way off schedule. Every repsone I get when i contact the regular spotify ( which is within 48 hrs) is completely generic with absolutely no help for the situation. HELP PLEASE!

Currently, Spotify is working to make it easier for you to report problems with your music. For now, you’ll need to reach out to your distributor or aggregator and they’ll work with Spotify's team to make sure your profile gets fixed.

Weve tried contacting via my distributor and myself, but we still havent recieved any replys or way to open up a line of communication. Its been over a month veryyyyy frustrating.
