Spotify being a pain

I have spotify premium free on my cellular plan but im being asked to upgrade everytime to premium. I cant play music offline and i have already tried reinstalling the whole app to no avail. Please very frustrating

Is your account showing as premium on your online overview? If it is showing as free, then you are not logged into the account that has your Premium upgrade on it. I would get in touch with your partner subscription provider if that is the case.

have you actually upgraded your account to premium with the help of your cellular plan?

They can't guess what your spotify account is and even if they could they would not have the rights to change anything about that without your cooporation. 

So... did you upgrade your spotify account at all?

I don't know how your phone company handles it, maybe a voucher, or some website in the internet to link your spotify account to your cellular account.

Anyway, you'll have to do something, it doesn't happen magicly
