Spotify booked 9,99 two times this month, but without any trace in my account.

Spotify booked 9,99 two times this month, but without any trace in my account.

Hello there,

 

As I was looking through the monthly bookings off my PayPal Account I noticed that Spotify had charged me 2 times for the monthly fee of 9,99.

I checked if it was also accounted for in my Spotify Account but it somehow isn't. There is only 1 payment shown so far for january, although it was booked twice on 21st of January and 23rd of January.

 

Any idea how that is possible and how to fix this?

You should get in touch with the spotify support team by using the online contact form or by tweeting @SpotifyCares on twitter. 

 

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.
