Spotify can only play certain songs on one account

My Question or Issue

 I have 2 spotify accounts. Both are free and one works fine, while the other refuses to play any music added after a certain date. I tried all the basic fixes but when I played them on my other account it works fine. Same issues with the web player. It's some account sync issue that I have no way of knowing what's incorrect between the 2 and I'd like to fix this.

 

Edit:

If I switch my connection to my PS4 using spotify connect from my desktop from the broken account, I can play any song no problem. But it can't play on PC regardless of web player or desktop.

Hey @IbukiMioda

 

You should try deleting (including deletion of the cache and Spotify folders) and reinstalling the app. Hopefully that'll fix the issue, since it looks like it's a local issue.

 

Also, have you tried deleting one of those unplayable songs and add it again to see what happens? Did you change countries recently?
