My Question or Issue

 Hi, I'm trying to login in my Premium account, the same one I always use and pay every month, but it's saying that the email has never been used. I could, at least, transfer the amount I pay to a different account becaus I can't even cancel the premium account. What do I do??

Hello,

 

Firstly try and reset your password via the email address you’ve used to creat your account. If that does not recognise your account maybe try a different email address or changing the ending (e.g. .Com .co.uk .org.uk). If this fails to work please get in contact with Spotify Support team!

 

Secoundly if all that is unsuccessful use the Spotify account troubleshoot to help find your account details!

Conner, tks a lot for your help! Nothing worked... the question is: how do I contact the Support team? I looked for it in the website and never found it... Tks again!
