Spotify can't play songs after 4 seconds

I tried to play songs on Sporify and can't listen to music after 4 seconds. I tried to reinstall Spotify, delete Cache, log out and back in and I have the same issue.

I had the same issue, and I found that restarting my device and then clearing the data (cache) fixed this issue. Let me know how it goes.
