I am trying to cancel one of my spotify subsciptions because I have two and one is paid for while the other is connected to my facebook but I use the other one. I tried canceling through Spotify online but it won't allow it to. I am rather upset at this point since Spotify won't answer my questions and there is no one to call. What do I do?
Do you get any error messages? To get in touch with them, you should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.
If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to email@example.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
