Spotify cancelled my premium claiming payment info is wrong. my bank statement shows I was charged

I updated my payment info and am still being charged monthly on my bank statements for premium. The problem is that spotify is saying they aren't receiving payment and now my subscription is cancelled. So I'm being charged for premium that I'm not getting. I have spoken with my bank and they said there is no problem on their end because the payments are going through. So why is my premium cancelled and how do I get refunded for something I'm paying for but not getting??
