Spotify charged me 1.12 (5) times on my credit card

I was planning to do the 99 cents for 3 months, but it said i have already used this deal and brought me to the 10$ page which i didnt want to do so i just backed out. I tried making a new account for this deal but i think the deal is linked to your credit card, so now I dont have ANY spotify premium and also im out a couple bucks. Its not that couple bucks thats making me angry its the fact that im paying for nothing at all.

Any way i can get my money back?
