Spotify charged me but i still don't have premium.

Hey, i tried to get the student discount but unfortunately only students that were studying in university was allowed to get such a discount and i wasnt aware of that, when i realized that ( im in highschool btw. ) i tried to cancel my payment by shutting down the page i was in but spotify did take the money. ( even tho page said they didnt take any money untill i was certified as a student ). Help me please.

If Spotify is unable to verify your student I.D, you won’t be eligible to claim the student discount. In this instance, any charges will show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken.


Once the bank confirms your student I.D failed to verify successfully, the money will reappear on your statement. This can take up to 48 hours, depending on your bank. You can reach out to them for more information about any pending payments.

i've just talked to my bank company and they said that i need to request refund from spotify, they didnt put any holds on that fund, spoitfy did take money.
