Spotify charged me for Premium student discount but I didn't get to finish filling things out

I was putting in all my payment information for spotify premium and then my Chrome browser crashed. When I came back to it, it made me fill out the information again, but before I did I checked and saw that it charged me the $4.99+tax. Should I try again or wait for support to help me?

This just happen to me it wouldn't let me put my college Ian's it charge me without giving me premium

I had the same issue. I filled out all of my information, then when spotify asked that I fax my student schedule I went to my computer so I could do so. I havent faxed my schedule yet, but I've been charged (without recieving premium) and dont want to get charged again by re-entering my payment info.
