Spotify charged me for premium but premium isn't unlocked

Here's what we got from you: Okay so I have no idea if this is the right one but I signed up for Spotify, put in my card and tried to upload my schedule for the student Spotify. From there it wouldn't let me upload so I contacted sheerID. The person who helpedme emailed me and asked for a picture so I sent them my school schedulefor college. He said that it was more than enough and it should work. My Spotify is still considered free and my account was charged twice. So I need one of the charges put back into my account and I need to know how to not be free anymore and start using premium.
