Spotify charged me for two different times

Spotify charged me for two different times

Alright so I tried to get the Spotify student discount but was denied and when I checked my bank app it said that it had charged me even though I didn't get any of the features. I did get Spotify premium for $9.99 but I just want my money refunds for the first time. How could I go about getting my refund?

Please check with your bank if it's just a pending charge.

 

If it's not a pending charge, please get in touch with Spotify Support. They'll be able to take a look at your issue and you'll hear from them shortly.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
