Spotify charged me today and I had already cancelled my account last month. I emailed customer service and have not heard back. My account has been overdrawn due to their transaction. I need this fixed ASAP!!!
The customer services team will be able to get that sorted out for you, don't worry.
If you got an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages when you got in touch, just remember you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
